Good to Know, So You Are Good To Go...

1. Your insurance company wants your vehicle properly repaired and you to be completely satisfied with their claim service. You have specific rights and obligations that you should be aware of. Review your policy carefully and make sure you understand all of its details.

2. You are not required by law to get more than one (1) estimate.

3. If an agreement cannot be reached between your insurance company and the repair shop, your policy has an “Appraisal Clause” allowing for an independent appraiser to be called in to help resolve the matter.

4. Repair estimates will vary. A lower estimate may not include necessary details such as front or rear wheel alignments, re-aiming headlamps, etc...

5. Only you, the owner, can authorize repairs on your car.

ESTIMATES

We offer thorough, computer assisted estimates. Our hours are Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary.

INSURANCE CLAIMS ASSISTANCE

As an established collision repair facility, we’ll work with all major insurance companies. You have the right to have your car repaired at the collision center of your choice, which may or may not be the facility your insurance company chooses.

COMPUTERIZED PAINT MATCHING SYSTEM

Our paint technicians have been manufacturer-trained and certified. We use only PPG Auto Refinishes, the finest paint in the world. All finishes are custom-mixed through our computerized touch-mix scale that guarantees a perfect color match. Our 40 foot side-downdraft paint booth ensures a flawless finish for any size of vehicle.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied that their car has been completely restored to pre-accident condition. We guarantee our repairs for defects in workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. (Rust repair and / or abuse are exempt.)
